Baking Bad ist eine von Etienne "Eddy" Gardé und Carsten "Trant" Grauel gehostete Back-Show in der die Beiden versuchen ungewöhnliche Sachen zu backen. Das Ganze kommentieren sie in "Denglisch".
Folge 1 - Milchschnitte Cake[]
The Milchschnitte Cake consists aus two different layers. The Basis bilden beliebig viele Lagen von Milchschnittes. Eddy und Trant chose two here. The top layer is made from Ferrero Rocher and Schokobons which come in the Lücken between the Rochers. Between all the Schichten comes Nutella which is used like a Kleber. After all you take the Sprühsahne and sprüh it around the Rand of the Milchschnitte Cake.

- Twenty Milchschniddes
- A glass of Nutella
- Dreißi... ääh thirty Ferrero Rocher
- a Tüte of Schokobons
- Sahne that you can sprüh
Vorgehensweise[]
- After you took a passende Form, put in the first layer of Milchschnittes.
- The next step is, to streich Nutella on it
- You have to repeat these steps for alle anderen Schichten Milchschnittes you want to make
- As topping you take the Ferrero Rochers and put Schokobons in the Löcher to füll them auf
- Than you have to schmelz the Nutella and gieß it over the topping to glue it together.
- But watch out! Take a proper Gefäß and beware of the Funken. They are not supposed to appear.
- As a final step you fill up the Rand with some Sprühsahne.
- After all you put the Milchschnitte Cake into the Kühlschrank, wait till it's cold and proudly present it to your friends.
Folge 2 - Das Superbrot[]
Das Superbrot ist ein Teigkokon, der mit verschiedensten leckeren Zutaten gefüllt ist, denen nachgesagt wird, dass sie Jedermann schmecken. Auch hier wurde ein ausgeklügeltes Schichtsystem angewandt. Zuerst wurde der Teiglappen, welcher später über den inneren Lagen zugeklappt wird, in eine Backform gelgegt. Danach haben sie diese mit jeweils einer Schicht Schnitzel und Hotdogs im Brötchen aufgefüllt. In die Lücken wurden Makaroni und Kidney-Bohnen gestopft und alles mit Käse zusammengeschmolzen. Das Topping sind walhweise Semmelknödel oder Semmelpampe und Hackfleisch, falls der Platz es zulässt.
